These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unravelld. (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use unravelld.

1. What unravelld. is

unravelld. is a fashion discovery and comparison platform. We bring together products from third-party Pakistani fashion brands, and add tools such as a Personal Stylist, Family Builder, Virtual Try-On, Compare and Wishlist to help you find and evaluate them. unravelld. does not sell, ship or fulfil any product. Every purchase happens on the listed brand's own website, under that brand's own terms, pricing, delivery and return policy.

2. Product and price information

Product details, prices, images, sizes and stock status shown on unravelld. are gathered from the brands' own public websites and refreshed regularly, but they can be out of date or inaccurate at any given moment — a price may have changed, or an item shown as available may have sold out, since our catalogue was last refreshed. Always confirm the current price, size and availability on the brand's own website before buying. unravelld. is not responsible for a brand's pricing, stock, quality or fulfilment of any order.

3. AI features

The Personal Stylist, Virtual Try-On and personalised recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for guidance and entertainment. A styling suggestion, a size or fit comment, or a virtual try-on preview is an estimate, not a guarantee of fit, colour accuracy or how a garment will actually look or perform. Use your own judgement, and the brand's own size chart, before buying.

4. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create your own account. A parent or guardian may add a family member's profile, including a child's, within their own account.
• We may suspend or close an account that misuses the Service or breaks these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use unravelld. for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe another person's rights.
• Upload a photo of anyone else without their permission, for Virtual Try-On or otherwise.
• Scrape, copy or republish the Service's content or catalogue at scale without our written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

6. Intellectual property

The unravelld. name, logo, design and original content are owned by unravelld. Product names, images and descriptions remain the property of their respective brands; we display them to help you discover and compare products, under a good-faith reading of fair use for a discovery/comparison service. If you are a brand and would like content removed, contact us using the details below.

7. Third-party links

unravelld. links out to brands' own websites for every purchase, and uses third-party services (described in our Privacy Policy) to operate its features. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site you visit from unravelld.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

unravelld. is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that product, price or stock information will always be accurate or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, unravelld. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or any purchase made on a third-party brand's website.

9. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use unravelld. after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
